This modern luxury apartment is located on Via della Mercede, a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It is located in the Palazzo Bernini, the historic building where lived Gian Lorenzo Bernini, a famous Italian artist who sculpted some of the most renowned works of art that you can find in Piazza Navona and Piazza Barberini. This 140 square meter apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which has an elevator. It is made up of 2 floors: on the lower floor there is a large and bright living room with a crystal table and chairs for 6 people, leather sofas and a coffered ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a double bed. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a twin adjoining bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. It features air conditioning in al rooms, satellite LCD TV and electric coffee maker. Its central location to visit the city center, together with the attention for every detail, the wooden coffered ceiling and the birch parquet floors make this apartment unique among our properties.
