is not very
large but it is very charming.
We got used to the :private bus, No.982: which was at
our disposal at
the bottom of the lane and which took us anywhere we
wanted to go.
Mrs. Tagliferri and her son were very kind and
informative. She even
had the apartment cleaned for us in the middle of our
stay.

actually live in Rome and rented this apartment for my
mother and sister who were visiting for Easter. I was very
pleasantly surprised with the size and excellent condition
of the apartment. The central living space is both large and
comfortable: perfect for relaxing after a day out in the
city. The location is central yet relatively quiet. The
helpful owner's have their home and business nearby so it
was easy to contact them in person for advice and practical
tips. I will definitely be renting this again for future
visitors.

a wonderful sun-shade Tomaso had installed for us. We

wir sind ja wieder wohlbehalten zurück aus Rom. Ich muß dir
sagen ich bin oder ich war mit alles sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung war wunderbar und ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen.
Leider hatte ja der Zug 2,5, Stunden verspätung aber gut das
kommt eben vor.
die Osterreicher waren schuld weil der Zug aus Wien in
Bologna verspätung hatte, die Wagen werden mit den deutschen
Wägen zusammengehängt.
Aber sonst war alles perfekt und ich bin voll des lobes. Die
Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett, die beste bis jetzt die ich
kennengelernt habe. Als begrüßung
hat sie mir sogar eine Flasche Wein mitgebracht.
und sehr gelobt da ja die Wohnung wunderbar war und die nähe
zum Vatikn ist ja perfekt gewesen. vielleicht springt ja
eine kleine Anerkennung für
die Werbung eines neun Kunden heraus.

Hello Anna
Just wanted to give some feedback about our apartment
booking in Rome
It was perfect just the right size for us and I got all my
washing
done ready to go on our cruise. The facilities were good
(although the
shower box was a bit small) we really enjoyed being able to
see the
area as a local Mr Alexandro was very prompt to come when we
rang to
say we had arrived and told us where the local supermarket
was. It is
a very calm apartment we walked past the Spanish steps it
was noisy
all around but as soon as we closed the front door it was so
peaceful
and very comfortable.
Many thanks we would certainly encourage our friends to book
an
apartment through you rather than a hotel.

fantastic week ( may 14 to may 21) at the Pateras
apartment in Trastevere. We just wanted to let you know
that the apartment exceeded all our expectations..we
loved its location in trastevere at the foot of the
hill to the giannicolo, its modern amenities, its
abundant natural light, the free internet service, the
terrace and most of all its peaceful quiet nature,. We
plan to recommend it to many others and we also plan to

The apartment was
beautiful and very clean. It was a nice surprise to find
a complementary bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. The
owner, Claudia was very charming and helpful. We would
also like to thank the lovely concierge lady (I believe
her name is Sandra) for helping us with the directions
and recommendations.
The area is mostly residential, but there are several
restaurants and shops near by. Nice clean subway station
is only about 3 minute walk from the apartment. We felt
very safe coming back late in the evening.
There is a big supermarket (Coin) just a few blocks
away, where we got more vino, and all of our
snacks/picnic goodies.
We had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend your
services to others.

It is now a week since we got back
from Bevagna Garden and we had a FANTASTIC time! The
apartment was wonderful - even better than it looked on
the website, and the owner, Giuseppe could not have been
kinder.
He had put some wonderful treats in
the fridge for us on arrival and even took us out for
the evening to tour around the city when it was dark and
all lit up. Absolutely amazing. I can't believe how
generous he was with his time and the attention to
detail in the apartment was perfect.
He also sorted out out travel tickets
for us and gave great directions re where to shop and
the quickest way to get into Rome which was about 30
minutes away. The area where we stayed was lovely - an
up market residential area which was, as you said, very
quiet in the evenings but had a wonderful range of
shops, bars and restaurants. Also, the private garden
was wonderful - bigger than we thought, and a perfect
space to eat or have a glass of wine.
The limosine service also worked very
well - the driver was waiting for us on arrival and was
also very punctual for our departure, we couldn't have
asked for more.
We run a high quality award winning
Guest House in England and are often disappointed when
we travel, however this time we were absolutely
delighted with our choice so must thank you so much for
your help in guiding us to Bevagna Garden. It made my
husband's 50th Birthday very very special.

Beste Isaac, Iryna en collega’s,
We zijn alweer een
week terug, maar ik wil jullie graag laten weten
dat we een heerlijke tijd hebben gehad in Rome,
en vooral in het appartement. Alles was
werkelijk tot in de puntjes geregeld, we werden
zoals afgesproken keurig opgewacht door Iryna en
bij vertrek ook weer uitgezwaaid.
We waren blij
verrast met de meer dan complete outillage van
het appartement, de rustige buurt met gezellige
markt, leuke winkeltjes en restaurants van
Trastevere. Werkelijk een aanrader, we komen er

Beste Isaac,
We zijn weer terug in Wierden. We hebben hele fijne dagen
gehad, een super fijn appartement, zeer gunstig gelegen, m.n.
ook 's nachts heel rustig. We hebben bijna alles lopend
kunnen doen. Van vliegveld met de trein naar Trastevere ging
ook heel goed en vanaf daar eerst met tram 8 naar Trastevere
138.
Jammer dat op 1 mei alles gesloten was, daardoor was het op
straat superdruk.
's Avonds hebben we heerlijk gegeten in de wijk Trastevere,
erg gezellig.
Buren en familie heb ik al enthousiast gemaakt over Rome,
dus wie weet.
Nog dank voor de mailtjes en telefoontjes en misschien tot
een andere keer.

Hallo Sonja,
Auf der Suche nach einer bezahlbaren, zentral aber doch
ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft in Rom sind wir nach längerer
Internet-Recherche von einer Hotel-Unterkunft abgekommen und
haben uns für eine Ferienwohnung, hier das Apartment Cavour
Green, entschieden, das wir Mitte März 2009 für 1 Woche
bewohnten. Die sehr groβzügige Wohnung liegt zu einer
ruhigen Nebestraβe hin, und durch die neunen
Kunststofffenster dringt fast kein Straβenlärm hoch in den
mit einen Aufzug erreichbaren 5. Stock. Neben Wohnzimmer mit
Küchenecke und groβem Schlafzimmer sind 2 Badezimmer
vorhanden (eines mit Toilette und Dusche und eines mit
Toilette und Badewanne.) Das Frühstück haben wir uns selbst
zubereitet, (2 Alimentari liegen nur wenige Meter vom Haus
entfernt), Restaurants, Cafes und Pizzerien gibt es im
Erdgeschoss bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Abholservice vom
Flughafen hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Lage unweit von
Engelsburg, Vatican und 3 Tiberbrücken fanden wir
hervorragend, so dass wir auch als Senioren andere
Sehenswürdigkeiten benutzten wir Busse (Haltestellen direkt
vor dem Haus).
Die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwatungen, wir würden
sie jederzeit wieder anmieten.
Unser Ansprechpartner bei rentalinrome
war Sonja. Sie hat alle unsere Rückfragen prompt beantwortet
und uns sehr gut beraten.
