The most
appropriate way to start this adventure is definitely from Via del Corso , the
main street of the historic center  and
the point of connection to the many attractions of the  Eternal City .

Every
self-respecting Roman has walked this way at least once is his lift, especially
when he/she has not gone to school, thanks mainly to the high density of  fashion shops  which attracts boys and girls.

Privileged
place for those journalists who very often will realize their interviews  " man on the street " . This long
Roman road is also characterized by the adjacency with Montecitorio ( the
Italian parliament ) , with the subsequent pilgrimage of so many onlookers
(mostly Italians ) who cannot wait to meet some political to show him all their
" love " ... of course, protests in front of the Parliament building
happen every day.

 

The
excellence of Italian cuisine is certainly not remarked  in this blog, but you can’t eat so good food
on Via del Corso but if you go into one of the side streets, you can easily
find high quality food.

We strongly
recommend to try the chestnuts that are sold all year round even in the
off-season ... they are always very good and also very expensive!
