Gorgeous villa located in Manziana, enjoying a splendid view over the Bracciano Lake, about 30 minutes away from Rome. The recently renewed house was built in 1800 under mandate of a local noble and it hosted numerous distinguished guests like Garibaldi. It is on 5 levels with inner lift. On the first floor you can find a luxury living/board room with sofas and a fireplace, a large dining area with a piano, all decorated with original frescos on the ceilings. On the second floor you can find 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, 2 of which presenting decorated ceilings. On the third floor there are 4 more double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. On the fourth floor there is a beautiful terrace/solarium with sunbeds where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Bracciano Lake from. On the ground floor you can find a large and modern super equipped kitchen, a hall with couches, a large and stocked wine cellar. Outside you can enjoy a large park with tall trees and an English garden, a large dining area in the open air and a big pool with Jacuzzi. The Cotto flooring, oriental carpets, the various époque frescos and the numerous pieces of art give this villa a touch of originality. An Italian cook and a waitress will be at your disposal during the whole stay.
