Wonderful villa located in Via della Camilluccia, a short distance from the historic center of Rome. Located in an exclusive residential area, surrounded by high-end properties and several embassy offices.
The villa was built in the 50s by Aldo Gucci, creator of the company of the same name, as his Roman residence.
The entire property is spread over a large park of about 7,000 square meters, with centuries-old pine trees, magnolia trees and a well-kept garden furnished with outdoor sofas and a dining table. The property also includes a large swimming pool with sun loungers and changing room.
The Villa was built in English style and furnished with a mix of Tuscan style, making it certainly unique in its kind, with its bow-windows and several fireplaces in the large interior spaces.
It is spread over four floors connected by stairs and an internal elevator.
On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a beautiful billiard room with fireplace. From the top floor you can enjoy a breathtaking view by accessing the terrace, where you can admire the altar of the homeland of Piazza Venezia, a famous monument in the historic center of Rome.
